Planning Aid Scotland workshop on implications for community councils of the Zero Waste Plan

Planning Aid Scotland has been holding a series of workshops for community councils, discussing how the new Zero Waste Plan affects their role in the planning system. I recently attended one of these workshops in Dundee, and took some notes - click here.
